Thank you for shopping with Zahara Projects! Each item is made to order with care, and we appreciate your patience while your order is produced and shipped.

Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

All Zahara Projects items are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and created before it ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zahara Projects is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, email us as soon as possible at zaharaprojects.studio@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside our control. Zahara Projects is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped.

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier and household members first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at zaharaprojects.studio@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
