Thank you for shopping with Zahara Projects! Each item is made to order with care, and we appreciate your patience while your order is created and shipped to you.

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members or your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at zaharaprojects.studio@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at zaharaprojects.studio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
